Coming November 2024!
Frontline Care Center is a dedicated wellness hub for first responders and veterans, active duty, reserve, and their families.
We serve Lake County and surrounding communities to help those who have served and sacrificed for our communities and country. As the first program of its kind in the area, we are committed to supporting current and former first responders, active duty, reserve, and veterans of the armed forces, along with their families, who are experiencing mental health challenges and overwhelming symptoms.
Breaking the stigma.
In recent years, mental health services have become more widely accepted. However, first responders and veterans still face significant stigma when seeking care. This stigma often results in ongoing feelings of crisis and heightened rates of suicide. At Frontline Care Center, we provide a safe, confidential environment where individuals can access treatment and support services for their mental health concerns without fear of judgment.
Frontline Care Center will be categorized as a community-based, outpatient mental health site and provide mental health screenings, therapy, and wellness groups. All services will be provided in an outpatient format consisting of both in-person and telehealth modalities.
