Hi there, I’m Stephanie

I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Masters degree in Social Work from Dominican University where I focused on health and wellbeing. I have over ten years experience working in law enforcement and social service agencies where I found a passion for mental health to make a meaningful impact on individuals and communities. I have experience in working with diverse clients from adolescence to older adults. I believe that each and every client is unique and I will find the right tools to support and guide them to be the best version of themselves.

I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness and personal growth. My goal as your therapist is to create a non-judgmental environment where you feel safe and heard. Whatever challenges you are currently facing, I can provide support and guide you every step of the way. I take a client-centered, strengths-based approach to empower each individual to heal and grow.
