Elizabeth-Green

Hi there, I’m Elizabeth

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have experience providing individual therapy for children and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, and life transitions. My experience also includes leading group therapy for adults dealing with substance use issues.

I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. My mission is to help clients build resilience and self-awareness by integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT and trauma-informed care with holistic approaches like mindfulness and trauma-sensitive yoga. I strive to meet each client where they are, supporting growth, balance, and healing along the way.
