Hi there, I’m Carrie
I am a Licensed Social Worker and Paramedic with a Masters of Social Work, and have experience in both emergency medical services and mental health care. I have worked closely with individuals in high-stress, high-impact environments and understand the unique challenges that come with caring for others in moments of crisis.
In addition to my professional background, I bring lived experience navigating chronic illness and raising children with complex medical and special needs. This has shaped the way I show up- with deep empathy, flexibility, and an understanding that life doesn’t always follow a predictable or manageable path.
I am especially passionate about supporting first responders and helping professionals who are navigating stress, burnout, trauma, and the emotional weight of their work, while still showing up for everyone else in their lives.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and real. I strive to create a space where clients can show up exactly as they are- without pressure, without judgment, and without having to explain the culture they come from. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest, and supported enough to begin making meaningful changes.
I work with clients to build self-awareness, develop practical coping tools, and reconnect with a sense of balance, purpose, and resilience- both on and off the job.
