Consent must be given by you for Frontline Care Center to communicate with your employer.
No. The Illinois Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Act and HIPAA are highly specific regarding protected, privileged, and confidential communications. We require written consent to release information to other parties.
Yes. Individuals are encouraged to come in however they feel most comfortable whether it be in full uniform, partial uniform, or plain clothes.
No. According to the FOID Act, attending outpatient therapy does not require reporting to the DHS Mental Health Reporting System.

We accept Aetna, BCBS PPO, BCBS MMAI, BC Community Healthplan Medicaid, Cigna, HealthPartners, Humana, Meridian Medicaid, Optum, Optum EAP, TriCare, UHC, UMR. We encourage you to verify if mental health benefits are part of your insurance plan so that you understand your coverage at the time of your first session. Our staff is happy to assist you by having a billing company file claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Credit cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
