Join us for our first-ever family-friendly bowling tournament on March 7, 2026! An afternoon of bowling, prizes, food, drinks, music, and raffles to support the Frontline Care Center.

Our goal is to transform the lives of first responders, veterans, active-duty service members, reservists, and their family members by providing life-saving behavioral health and wellness services. Recently opened in December 2024, we have provided over 300 sessions to individuals coming from all across Lake County and beyond to receive help. With the support of families and supporters like you, we will be able to serve more individuals and their families. Help us take care of those throughout Lake County and our surrounding communities who have served and sacrificed for our communities and country.

Our bowling tournament has something for bowlers of all ages! We have up to 24 lanes for teams, unique drop raffle and silent auction items, sponsorships opportunities, and more.

*If you are an individual sponsor and do not have a logo, Frontline Care Center will create an image to be used with a lane sponsorship level. All Sponsorship levels will include recognition on Frontline’s website and social media. Sponsorships DO NOT include a lane for bowling.*

Don’t forget to get your 50/50 cash raffle tickets! For those who are able to participate in this activity, tickets will sell for 1 for $20 or 6 for $100. This option is listed in the registration form after the Team Registration section. *Online sales will close at the end of the day on 3/4/26 to ensure all entries can be included on the night of the event. Must be 21 years or older to purchase and win prize.*

Help us reach our goal of $10,000 to support our mission, thereby improving the lives of first responders, veterans, active-duty service members, reservists, and their family members as they move towards improved behavioral health and wellness.

If you are unable to attend, or do not see any items of interest, you can always make a general donation to support our event and help fund the mission of the Frontline Care Center.
